Apparently, Singapore-based Creative is going to sue Apple over infringes of patented technology.

Singapore-based electronics maker Creative Technology said Monday that it has filed two legal actions against Apple Computer, charging the popular iPod infringes on its patented technology.

That's the way, Mr. Sim Wong Hoo! Shove it in Jobs' face! I knew there's something familiar about those iPod nanos and iPod videos.
